Dragan Đorđević
Founder & Managing Director
His hospitality career began in the 1980s with Yugotours UK, where he worked as a Representative before progressing to Airport Supervisor and later Area Supervisor roles. During this period, he gained valuable experience in customer service, destination management, team coordination, and handling guest needs in dynamic international tourism environments. He further expanded his expertise with Thomson Holidays (UK), serving in London, across former Yugoslav destinations, and in North Africa, developing a deep understanding of guest experience and cross-cultural hospitality. Building on this extensive tourism background, he later joined the renowned Hyatt Regency Belgrade as Sales & Banquet Manager, where he successfully organized more than 2,000 events and gained significant expertise in hospitality operations, service excellence, event management, and creating exceptional guest experiences.
Throughout his career, Dragan has remained deeply connected to the hospitality industry while building a reputation as one of the region’s leading experts in customer experience, leadership development, and service excellence. As the founder of Adria Hospitality Group, Skills Innovative Learning Experience, Customer & Employee Experience Association of Serbia (CEXAS), and Association of Authentic Hedonists (AAH!), he has worked with leading hotels, resorts, restaurants, and service organizations across Southeast Europe. Beyond hotel operations, he also served as President of the Bartenders’ Association of Serbia & Montenegro, helping modernize professional bartender education, organize national championships, and strengthen the region’s connection to international hospitality standards.
His approach combines practical operational know-how with modern leadership, guest experience, and organizational development practices, helping hospitality businesses improve service quality, strengthen teams, and create memorable experiences that drive loyalty, reputation, and sustainable growth. Dragan’s mission is to help hospitality organizations elevate both guest and employee experiences, believing that exceptional hospitality starts with exceptional people.
